2、Documents to be provided when consulting
In order to speed up the after-sales speed, please provide photos of the problem product and video description so that the engineer can quickly determine the problem.

3、Handling of problem products
For the product in question, you can choose to process a refund, or send a new product to replace the product with quality problems in the next order
